ABOUT ME
My name is Carly Dorsen, NASM-CPT. I know what it feels like to struggle with fitness. For years, I lacked consistency, confidence, and a clear plan. I didn’t take training seriously until college, but once I committed to a structured program, tracked my progress, and stayed patient, everything changed. I became stronger—not just physically, but mentally.

Now, my passion is helping others break free from the cycle of inconsistency and self-doubt. Through strength training and proper cardio, I teach my clients how to build sustainable habits, gain confidence in the gym, and reach their goals. No more guesswork, no more intimidation—just a clear path to becoming your strongest self.​
